You'll all be happy to know that I have regained a piece of my broken heart and with the help of my credit card I purchased a new camera. While it won't replace the place my first love held in my heart, it will certainly help heal the wound.
Sigh. So this trip is winding down pretty quickly now. Six weeks to go and then its back to the states for me. Certainly not the same kind of adventure this time around, but still a good one. I've been able to spend more time with friends and living the life of an actual South African, rather than a Safari Barbie. However, I do miss the basically unlimited budget of my last trip (SIGH). I just have to fill these last 6 weeks with lots of good times and smiles and pictures of course... and perhaps a little trip up to Namibia hmmm.
